With over a decade of experience, Wayne is committed to educating and helping sellers, buyers, and other agents and brokers with a different way to do things. As a business broker and real estate agent, Wayne uses his business savviness and outside-the-box approach to get the job done and satisfy his clientele.

Wayne has expanded his business to include a national network of agents and brokers. Wayne values his client and investor relationships and has been able to navigate the challenges of tough negotiations through detailed analytical skills and a willingness to remain focused.

He incorporates creative financing as part of his toolkit, which has set him apart among his peers and has helped build his reputation as an innovative professional. He also enjoys educating other agents about the industry and providing advice for successful transactions.

Wayne has distinguished himself amongst his peers in the industry with the following awards: the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the Washington-Greene Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Winner, the RE/MAX 100% Club, and the RE/MAX Home Center Rookie of the Year.

Wayne is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, growing up with a strong work ethic and a desire to be successful. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in finance from Robert Morris University.

He enjoys paying it forward in his community and has been very active in supporting social good efforts, working with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Strong in his faith and an avid fitness enthusiast, Wayne is happily married and has one daughter.
