Cory Hoffman

Born and raised in western Pennsylvania, Cory Hoffman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business. Graduating from Ohio University with a B.A. in Marketing, Cory has honed his skills through various roles in commercial real estate, acquiring licenses in District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

With a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, Cory has completed hundreds of leasing and sales transactions, adeptly navigating the needs of both landlords and tenants, as well as buyers and sellers. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to own and operate several successful businesses.

Drawing upon his multifaceted expertise, Cory brings a unique perspective to his clients, leveraging his business ownership experience to provide informed guidance and make strategic decisions. Joining FCBB in 2021, Cory wasted no time in making an impact, closing multiple deals within his first year as well as obtaining his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) and HPFS (Healthcare Practice Broker) designations.

Cory's primary focus is small to lower middle market business brokerage and M&A work, leveraging his skill set and deal making capabilities to ensure a successful exit for his clients. He has worked with a variety of industries including construction, distribution, education, healthcare, industrial services, and transportation, Cory’s clients can trust in his dedication, expertise, and passion for delivering exceptional results.

Cory lives in Greensburg with his wife Kelly and their 2 daughters, Madison and Sophia. He enjoys travelling, staying active and spending time with family and attending his kids swimming events and soccer games.
